Ingredients


For the Sushi Rice:

- 2 cups sushi rice

- 1/4 cup rice vinegar

- 2 tablespoons sugar

For the Filling:

- 8-10 sheets of nori (seaweed)

- 1/2 pound fresh sushi-grade salmon, thinly sliced

- 1/2 pound fresh sushi-grade tuna, thinly sliced

- 1 ripe mango, julienned

- 1 cucumber, julienned

- 1 tablespoon honey

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil


Instructions


1. Prepare the Sushi Rice

   - Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

   - Cook the rice according to the package instructions.

   - In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

   - Once the rice is cooked, spread it out on a large plate or sushi mat.

   - Drizzle the vinegar mixture over the rice and gently fold it in using a wooden spatula. Allow the rice to cool to room temperature.


2. Assemble the Sushi Rolls      


   - Place a bamboo sushi rolling mat on a clean surface and cover it with plastic wrap. Place a sheet of nori on the mat.

   - Wet your hands to prevent the rice from sticking and take a handful of sushi rice. Spread it evenly over the nori, leaving about 1 inch of nori at the top.
